Russell,  That was a lot of fun.......It also would have been neat to have one of the chapters showing what Junior was feeling.  I loved the images toward the ending, with Junior lazily swimming --sort of a Godzilla goes Lochness !   I also loved the description of Junior's wrinkly nose--you could almost feel the snot  Cheesy  thanks for a very entertaining read....   --Rob Crandall

Interesting point.  I considered it.  I decided against a POV look into Junior's head for two reasons.  One, I wanted to underscore the fact that he wasn't sentient.  And two, I wanted to keep it somewhat of a mystery what his eventual goal was.  (I probably telegraphed that, anyway, but I tried.)
