IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ST PARTNERS:
Becoming a Silverthought Partner is simple:
1.)
Contact us with the following information: your name, web address,
a brief description of your site, your site's average daily traffic,
and which ST books you're interested in promoting.
2.) Agree to the terms listed below, and email us or send us a
letter indicating your agreement.
3.) We'll assign you a unique partner ID and build a sales page
associated with that ID for every book you wish to promote.
4.) We'll send you a link to your sales page(s). Use that text
link on your site, or use one of our book cover images or banners
to link to your sales page.
5.) Sell books and get rewards!
T E R M S :
Before becoming an ST Partner, you must agree to the following terms. You may indicate your acceptance of these terms in the body of an email sent to editor@silverthought.com or printed and sent to: Silverthought Press, 32148 State Route 26, Philadelphia, NY 13673.
Terms of sales partnerships between megans-closet.com (MC), silverthought.com (ST), and independent sellers of Silverthought releases through the ST Partnership Program:
1.) Silverthought agrees to build, host, and maintain sales pages for the ST Partnership Program.
2.) Sellers will be assigned a unique partner ID number and direct link that will associate their sales pages with their sites.
3.) Each sale made through a direct link from the seller’s site to the sales page will result in a commission of $2.00 per copy for the first 50 copies and $3.00 per copy thereafter. (In other words, if you sell more than fifty books for ST, you earn the right to make more money per book.)
4.) Commissions will be paid quarterly in December, March, June, and September of 2007 and 2008. There is no minimum number of sales required before quarterly payment is rendered. (If you sell one book, we will send you a check or a PayPal deposit for $2.00. Silverthought Press is not responsible for PayPal fees associated with withdrawing these funds from your account.)
5.) Seller agrees to keep ST banner/cover image/link in a place of prominence on seller's website or blog for a time period of at least 30 days.
6.) ST Partners will be allowed to purchase copies of eligible ST books at a discounted rate (see below).
7.) ST and MC will provide a list of purchasers upon written request if there is a question or dispute concerning sales numbers and the seller has provided legitimate proof or reason as to why there may be an error in the payout.
8.) Seller is considered an independent contractor and is responsible to pay income taxes and fill out a 1099 on any amount over $600.00 per year.
9.) Initiation of a seller link indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We expect more ST writers to join the program, so more books from our catalog will be available for this program soon. Upon acceptance of the program terms, we will personalize applicable templates with your Partner ID number and send you the direct link to use on your site. PLEASE NOTE: Do not link to any of the templates listed above. To collect sales, you must link to the page associated with your partner ID number.
C O V E R I M A G E S / B A N N E R S :
Sellers may use their personalized link to their sales pages or associate that link to a cover image or banner for the ST books they would like to sell on their sites. Click the links below to view the images or right click, save target to save them to your computer. You may hotlink these images from silverthought.com or download them and store them on your own sites. If you would like to design your own banner image that incorporates any part of a ST cover, please consult with us first.

ST Partners will be eligible to receive a discount off the retail price for all ST books for which they have a partner link. PLEASE NOTE: These discounts apply only to ST Partners. If you are not an ST Partner, please visit the Silverthought Bookstore to purchase these titles.
